After graduating in 2005, Fadli started his career with Malakoff Berhad as a Project Engineer involved in a major power plant operation He was later positioned in the preventive maintenance team in the same organisation which provided him a complete exposure to the whole cycle of a power plant system He was later offered position by another prominent power company, Alstom Asia Pacific, giving him the opportunity to explore other complex power plant systems in some European countries including France and Germany. He was with Alstom for two years.

Over the course of time, his curiosity grew and lured him to scout different opportunities From his observation of the state of digital technology and combined with his passion and fascination with digitalisation of business, he opted to pursue this line of interest He joined one of the biggest cloud solution companies Salesforce, as a consultant It had many successes in business closures including big names like TNB GSpark Firefly, UEM Sunrise and many others.

With an aspiration to provide business solutions to SME’s, Fadli explored other means for small and growing businesses to ride on digitalisation with affordable solutions To follow through this cause he partnered with Deskera Malaysia and has managed to lead many SME’s to success in cloud and digitalisation Fadli was invited to join Principal Re Limited as part of the company’s continuous efforts to enhance the overall services to its clients Leveraging on Fadli’s background in Engineering and IT, his skill set will certainly add value and credentials to the advisory as well as the structuring of reinsurance program for our valued clients.

Fadli holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Mechanical in Magna Cum Laude, University of Vanderbilt, United States of America.
